Job Description
Hiring Customer Service Field Technician (CST) for three skill level positions, signing bonus of $2,500.00 ($1,000 on first paycheck and remaining amount available after 6 months of continuous service).
These positions are not HD Diesel Mechanic positions. Must be mechanical and willing to learn. We install after-market products such as Auto Lubrication, Fire Suppression, Camera Systems, Radars, repair hydraulic hoses, minor maintenance services.
Level 1 "Entry Level" Needs direction - previous field work preferred on Construction, Mining, and Highway equipment.
Level 2 "Lead Technician" Could or Could Not have an assigned vehicle or have helpers working with them running jobs in the field. Installation of after-market products, and/or maintenance on Heavy Equipment or highway equipment - 2 years of applicable experience. $28.00 to 34.00 an hour
Level 3 "Senior Lead Technician" Normally has an assigned vehicle, could have helpers working with them while running jobs in the field. Ability to doing installations on all equipment types without direction, training of Level 1, and Level 2 technicians, designing of Lubrication, Fire Suppression, . systems. Applicable experience required is 4 years in the installation of after-market products, or maintenance on Highway/Construction/Mining equipment. $32.00 to $40.00 an hour.
Signing bonus available after 6 full months of continuous service of $2,500. If the new hire quits or is terminated prior to the 6-month time frame no signing bonus will be paid.
Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions (MRES) is full-service Distributor for Automated Lubrication Systems, Active and Passive Safety Systems, and Maintenance Products throughout the Western US. Our core manufacturers are Groeneveld automated lubrication products, Reacton Fire Suppression, Gardner Denver mobile blowers, Orlaco, Preco, Brigade, and Moba Weigh systems. Our technicians work in our shop and at customer sites performing installations and service of our products on all types of off-road Heavy Equipment, on road vocational transport equipment, and stationary and fixed plant equipment.

Basic CST Responsibilities
CSTs of each level must be able to safely perform the following:
- All mechanical duties in the Field and in the shop.
- Works with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding skills
- Work with customers and co-workers with a positive attitude.
- Provide own hand tools (company provides major tooling)
- Read, understand, and communicate in English all literature, manuals, and schematics associated with position.
- Complete daily paperwork both written and electronic.
- Lift up to 75lbs with no restrictions.
- Climb up and down ladders and equipment.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles if issued. Pass DOT Physical and required drug screening.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping skills in shop, vehicles, and job sites.
- Wear and use all company provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Be willing to travel as needed.
- Attend all required training for safety, products, skills.
- Work inside and outside.
- Be on-time and fit for duty each day.
- Perform all and any tasks assigned with a positive attitude.
- Have fun and be safe.
Qualifications
First and foremost, candidates must want to work in this great industry and be ready for an exciting career. All employees must be willing and able to pass all required drug screens as required by our industry. Those who are issued company vehicles must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and provide an MVR if being issued a vehicle. MRES participates in the E-Verify Program. Strong mechanical aptitude is a must. Must be willing to do overnight travel.'
