The Iowa City Beauty Care Site is the manufacturing location for EC30 Technology. This site provides you with unique opportunity to be part of a transformative process that will enable a new vision and long-term strategies for the future of Procter & Gamble. As Fibers Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to support the Functional Fibers Masterplan at the Iowa City Site. Key PM Responsibilities include:

• You will be the key contact for capital spend, trending, and forecasting for all Functional Fibers Projects.
• Develop and manage detail project schedules
• You will be the owner of the Fibers Site AE budget/process
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the various Fibers stakeholders
• Deliver strong stewardship over project scope, costs, and information
• Leverage strategic partners (Bilfinger, L&T, etc) to meet project success goals
• Utilize LEAN construction methodologies

Job Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management/Engineering or Related Field
• At least 3 years Project Management Experience

Desired:

• Mechanical Engineering or related Degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver projects at cost and on schedule is required.
• Strong project management skills - Advanced PM Certification preferred
• Experience with EWP (Engineering Work Process)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate complex issues and solutions in a way that can drive decisions with technical and business partners
• Leadership - Proven track record to learn and build capability in others. Experience managing others, providing performance feedback, setting expectations...etc.
• Innovates & Reapplies - Develop and reapply creative solutions via previous experiences and benchmarking.

Just so you know:
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $100,000 - $143,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
