What we are looking for – indiGO Auto Group’s Ferrari Silicon Valley is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Answer all incoming calls and direct phone calls to appropriate department or staff member.
- Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
- Welcome visitors to the showroom. Warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins. Offer assistance and drinks.
- Maintain showroom appearance (customer lounge, configurator room, reception area).
- Take inventory of supplies and restock/order as necessary.
- Replenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge.
- Distribute mail and create UPS labels.
- Book Atelier/Tailor-Made appointments.
- Book Factory Tours.
- Engage with service clients and orphan owner via phone and email. Scheduling, data collection, event rsvp, service follow-up, etc.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance as needed to offer support across the organization.
- Scan Service RO’s.
- Send out Marketing materials.
- Provide New Car Invoices.
- Assist in marketing activations
- All other duties assigned by Management.

- Must have a valid driver’s license
Pay range for this role is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
