Feed Mill Supervisor

Due to expanding the Feed yard we are looking for several individuals to join our team. Said person needs to work well with others, be self-motivated, be organized, and also be able to adapt to changing situations.

Prior experience in any of the above fields would be great, but we are willing to train the person that wants to become proficient in these skills and who also wants to be a team member.

This job will be a full-time position with possibility of housing and or moving assistance depending on your individual situation. Health benefits will be discussed upon interview.

Pay: Up to $30 per hour DOE

Duties will include any of the following but not limited to,

• operation of feeding equipment (feed truck operator, feed loader operator, Feed Mill Supervisor)
• operation of manure management equipment (manure loader operator, manure spreader operator, manure truck operator)
• able to drive a semi-truck.
• have general maintenance knowledge of equipment (grease, oil changes, minor repairs)
• have the ability to find, diagnose, and treat unwell animals.
• any welding and minor manufacturing skills would be a plus but not necessary.

We work on average a 40–50-hour, 5-day work week. Every other weekend and we rotate holidays as a staff, working half days. We are flexible with time off and scheduling when you need to take time off. We operate very well-maintained late model equipment, and we strive to take care of it, and there is plenty of equipment to complete the jobs at hand. We are fast paced workers that like to show up, get the work done, and go home to our families.

Located in Clark SD, or Manchester SD.

Located near Watertown, SD, Clark is known to be a phenomenal town, with safe and friendly neighborhoods. Plenty of family friendly activities, pools, Brambel Park Zoo, public pools and Thunder Road Amusement Park. If you like the outdoors there are multiple activities such as a great trail system around the lake and in town. Fishing in these parts is amazing.
