SalaryPaul OBrien Inc. is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground and has full time route positions in Maryland that will dispatch from our Hagerstown terminal. Driver will deliver and pick up packages from a cargo van or step van. Paul OBrien Inc. is a rapidly growing company and we have several positions for drivers who are motivated to work, *Reliable*, energetic, personable and safe. The company will provide you all the tools and training to be successful, but you should have a clean driving record and drivers license. Drivers will generally work from 8:00 am - 5 pm, but extended hours will be necessary around holidays. This is not your typical 9 to 5, meaning every day will have a different end time for your shift.
Qualifications include:
- Must be 21 of age and have a valid drivers license
- Clean criminal background
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Strong customer service skills
- Work well independently
- Ability to manage time and route for a streamlined delivery experience.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Daily Pre and Post trip inspections of truck
- Able to pass drug screening ( including future random screenings)
- Able to move packagers up to 150 lbs. and lift 50 pounds while bending and twisting as needed.
- DOT physical required. Will need to hold an active DOT medical card. All cost will be taken care of by Paul OBrien Inc.
