Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced FCC/GROL Commercial Radio License holder to join our team. As a FCC/GROL Commercial Radio License holder, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining effective communication systems. Your expertise in radio frequency operations and licensing will be crucial in supporting our organization's communication needs. Pay dependent on contracted price but also negotiable.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain FCC/GROL Commercial Radio Licenses for the organization
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement effective communication systems
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure proper functioning of radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to radio frequency operations
- Monitor and report on radio frequency interference or violations
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for equipment installation or repairs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in radio technology

Skills:
- MUST already have a valid FCC/GROL Commercial Radio License
- Strong knowledge of FCC rules and regulations pertaining to Commercial Radio operations
- Proficient in radio frequency operations, including programming, testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with various types of radio equipment, antennas, and transmission systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to radio communications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
