Fast Track to Management in Financial Services
New York Life is seeking a qualified individual to join our management team as an Associate Partner in the North Dakota general office, which also serves northwestern Minnesota.

The Fast Track program involves securing the requisite insurance and investment licenses, engaging in our robust paid training program, learning New York Life's systems and financial offerings, and developing a clientele as an agent and registered representative. Management/Partner training and transition begins within one year.

Individuals with prior experience in banking, business, financial services, and/or insurance as well as leadership and management are especially invited to apply. Current ND or MN insurance and/or investment licenses are a plus. Relevant degree(s) required (e.g., MBA or similar).

Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Recruit and select new and experienced financial professionals for the Company
- Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on the company’s sales processes and product portfolio
- Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success
- Ability to recruit and develop a team of sales professionals
- Ability to leverage third-party recruiting, personal warm markets, and cold sources, including social media, job board resources, recruiting events and networking events, and referrals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
