MWKD is currently seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Stylist / Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations based on their preferences, body type, and occasion.
Provide personalized styling advice and outfit suggestions to help customers create cohesive and fashionable looks.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and fashion trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in the overall Customer Experience.
Proactively engage with customers to build rapport, foster loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
Contribute to the development of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.28 - $24.42 per hour
