Farm Laborer

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

```Duties```
- Perform general farm duties such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops

- Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment used in farming operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops
- Assist with greenhouse operations, including planting, watering, and monitoring plant growth
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and repairs as needed

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting.
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with farm equipment and hand tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.14 - $15.97 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
