Salary```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements. ```Duties:``` - Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts - Negotiate payment arrangements and set up repayment plans - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities - Follow up with debtors to ensure timely payments - Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions regarding outstanding debts ```Requirements:``` - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet collection targets - Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating system - Familiarity with laws and regulations related to debt collection - Experience using remedy or similar collection software is a plus - Basic understanding of LAN and IT infrastructure - Previous experience in customer service or help desk support is preferred - Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in the field of debt collection, we encourage you to apply for this position.
