Job description

The Support Worker actively participates in the evaluation, treatment, and basic care of children who require therapeutic services; provides one on one support to clients and provides supervised visits to clients and families; works with foster parents, birth parents, therapists, and other professionals to assess skills and establish an individualized treatment plan; maintains regular contact with foster parents and the child to provide support and guidance. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience working with children with behavioral and/or emotional challenges and families utilizing treatment team planning.
