YOUR SCHEDULE

We ask that you keep a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the client with possible weekends, evenings, or early mornings. At times you'll work from home when not doing client visits, though much of your time will be spent traveling to visit those you serve.

As a Family Support Specialist, you'll embark on a rewarding journey of providing direct support to caregivers, making a positive impact on the lives of families. Your role involves being a guiding light for caregivers, assisting them in navigating community resources and empowering them to make informed and positive treatment choices for their children and family. REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or GED

You must be the parent or primary caregiver of a child with an emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorder and have experience in navigating child-serving systems.
