Form of workOVP HEALTH is actively seeking a Part-Time qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for the Grundy, VA location. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a VA DEA.
Licensure/Certifications required:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in VA
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in VA
- Current VA DEA
- Current VA DATA 2000 Waiver
- National certification in applicable area
- Successful completion of OVP HEALTHcredentialing process prior to practice
