Job Description Summary Provide primary health care services to Center patients within the structure of family practice care model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings, participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation; will assume teaching responsibilities as assigned; assures professional supervision of Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant provider personnel including professional interaction with provider support personnel (e.g. nutritionist).
Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school. Current New York State Medical License required.
