Join our FQHC and contribute to our mission of providing quality care to an underserved population. We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician who is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our community.
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient clinic with a support staff of 1 assigned MA, 1 licensed vocational nurse, and 1 floating MA per 2 providers
- Consists of 5 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 3 birthing suites, 1 LCSW room, and 1 chiropractor room
- See a wide variety of general primary care cases
- Ancillary services consist of a laboratory, family resource center, and wellness center
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available for either a 4 or 5-day workweek
- No nights or weekends, except for light call
- Rotating 1:9 call schedule
Compensation and Benefits:
- Highly competitive base salary with potential for increase
- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided

- Initial focus on clinical patient care, with potential for Medical Directorship
