Position Details and Requirements:

Family & Divorce law firm seeking a candidate that is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Develop cases from beginning to final resolution, including heavy motion practice.

· Experience in litigation is a plus.

· Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files, confirming case status with attorney, communicating case progress with clients.

The Right Candidate Will:

· Enhance attorney effectiveness by organizing and developing case information, client contact, and finalization of documents.

· Facilitate objective, results-oriented conversations with clients.

· Embody empathy, resourcefulness, and drive.
