We are seeking a highly motivated Family Law Attorney to join our fast-growing legal team, voted Best Place to Work, Super Lawyers, and AV Preeminent rated.
As a Family Law Attorney, you will handle a wide range of Family Law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to Family Law matters
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Attend mediation sessions and settlement conferences
- Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the case
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in PA
- Knowledge of Family Law and court procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
