JOB TYPE: Family Intervention Program Coordinator
LOCATION: Dover, DE
SCHEDULE: New employees will work in person in the office for a 30–60-day period then transition to a hybrid schedule which includes 2 remote working days per week

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, and child welfare related experience required.
- Experience working with children and families in social services context preferred.
- Provide satisfactory FBI, state criminal and child abuse clearances in accordance with Regulations and Policy and medical report indicating capability to perform essential job functions and satisfy regulations.
- Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assign cases to casework staff and approve written case plan goals for each child and oversee implementation of these goals.
- To train and supervisor new and existing staff members as well as monitor the quality and timeliness of case records and visits.
- To conduct individual supervisory sessions and staff meetings.
- Attend meetings and interact with other community agencies as deemed appropriate by the State Director or CEO.
- Assist with the development of new contracts.
- To recruit, train, and retain resource families and staff whose skills and performance are consistent with the Mission Statement and Core Values of Children’s Choice and its contracting agencies.
