LSSI is hiring a full-time Families Together Implementation and Training Manager. The Implementation and Training Manager assists the Families Together program achieve its strategic plan, vision and goals by bringing solutions to the table to support the program implementing the evidence based interventions and in meeting their goals as well as optimizing & simplifying the quality, compliance and data efforts.

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise, oversee and manage quality improvement process for the Families Together program, including managing data tools, reviewing and analyzing QI data, leading and/or facilitating QI committees and initiatives and reporting on QI data, activities and initiatives, on an as needed basis. Examples of QI activities include tracking tools, client satisfaction surveys, critical incidents, and case reviews.
  • Supervise, oversee, manage and may facilitate the training and staff development needs of the Families Together program, specifically for the 3 evidence-based interventions (KEEP, GenerationsPMTO and TF-CBT) and may write and develop additional training curricula materials as needed.
  • Oversee the training and staff development needs of the Families Together program, in conjunction with the Program Director to ensure that the program interventions are being delivered with fidelity or moving towards fidelity.
  • Oversee and/or manage the program's data needs, including information maintained in client records, outcomes and other identified metrics, fidelity metrics and other data to track, analyze & report out as well as identifying any trends and/or data to be addressed, on an as needed basis.

Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred. Degree in social work or related human services field is strongly preferred.
  • Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL) preferred or CWEL eligible.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in human or social services or other related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience.
  • Becomes certified in KEEP and GenPMTO as a trainer and coach, with a deep understanding of the implementation of the models. Is trained in TF-CBT.
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally with internal and external resources.
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time and deliver results on time.
  • Ability to assess, interpret, think critically, and creatively to employ effective problem-solving to the organization's challenges.
  • Must possess a high degree of organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities including the aptitude to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • A strong background in data collection and an understanding of regulatory functions within non-profit settings is preferred.
  • General understanding of the social services landscape in Illinois, such as Foster Care system, Human Services, Medicaid, etc. is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use and/or adapt to and learn technology-based tools such as pc/computers, software and applications, including EHR's, collaborative applications, and other job-related tools as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including both oral and written modes.
  • Valid driver's license required to be able to fulfil travel requirements in the State of Illinois. Access to reliable transportation. Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage.
