MCC Family Services is excited to announce newly created job openings for Family Based Clinicians! Our program, which has experienced exponential growth since its creation, will soon be expanding.
Job Description:
Approximately 10% of the clinician's time will be spent in the office, in North Wales. The majority of the clinician's time will spent in the homes of families throughout Montgomery County.
Family Based is comprised of teams of two clinicians, Counselor and Therapist, who provide intensive family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families at times most convenient to the family. Treatment typically takes place in or near the family home. Family Based clinicians take part in a three-year training curriculum which teaches Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy through The Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Due to the nature of the position, and the families served, you must be available to work 2-3 evenings per week.

Salary: $24.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum two years clinical experience working in a Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP).
- Must be able to pass a child abuse clearance, criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and a drug screen.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination; or Medical Exemption; or Religious Exemption
** Eligibility/Requirements for bonuses can be discussed with Management
**Must begin employment by 5/1/2024 to be eligible for sign on bonus
