FOR FRONT OF THE HOUSE APPLICANTS: We are looking for a couple of professional individuals to join the team. At this time we have space for both the experienced career server or bartender, and servers with a little less experience (3-5yrs) but a desire to learn and grow. We work hard and mind the small details. We love what we do here, we are busy every day, we are all hard working, professional, and fun!
We have a huge wine list which requires continued studying both on and off site; over 900 different labels totaling over 9000 bottles in the building. We regularly taste 1-4 wines at a time ranging in prices from $20-$200 per bottle in the pursuit of learning and understanding the subtle differences in wine, wine-making style, regions of the world, vintages, etc. We provide reading material to expand your current understanding of wine. We have level 1 and level 2 sommeliers working daily. We understand that only with knowledge do we unlock the world of high dollar wine sales, fine dining service, and the difference from serving to providing an experience. We believe anyone can decide they want to be better at their craft, and change their career trajectory, with hard work and application. Many of us proudly consider ourselves career restaurant industry professionals. We are performance based meaning the hardest working, best-performing crew are rewarded with the optimal shifts/schedules/tables/etc.
We are only looking for people who are currently full-time servers and who have been serving for 5+ years.
