Subject to Grant Funding?:    Essential Job Functions: 1. Maintain an active research program and develop peer-reviewed publications.
2. Teach core doctoral courses in Objective Personality Assessment. The teaching load is contingent on research productivity.
3. Mentor doctoral students in research.
4. Contribute to diversity and inclusivity in research, teaching, and service.
5. Create a climate that is conducive to learning.
6. Participate in department-wide activities such as faculty meetings, chairing dissertations, etc.
7. Serve and contribute to appropriate department, college, and university committees.
8. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and currency within the academic field.
9. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean. Marginal Job Functions:   Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience with external grant submission. Job Requirements:   Required Certifications/Licensures: Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Florida. Required Education: Doctoral Degree Major (if required): Clinical or counseling psychology or related field Required Experience: 1. Record of external funding to support a research program (or evidence of potential to secure external funding).
2. A record of scholarly publications.
3. College and/or university level teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in teaching graduate level courses. Is this a safety sensitive position? No   Background Screening Required? Yes   Pre-Employment Conditions:
