Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join our team. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for performing various duties in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment such as presses, milling machines, and press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Package finished products for shipment
Requirements:
- Experience with tooling and machining processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate various machinery including presses, milling machines, and press brake machines
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
