Shift: Can start as early as 6:00 am and go as late as 6:00 pm- After 6:00 pm is time and a half
Pay: $23-27/hr depending on experience
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from customers within the Southeast areas of Nashville.

Responsibilities:
- Document and communicate changes and problems effectively.
- Independently carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimal supervision.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with Lead Technicians, Field Supervisors, Field Managers, and office staff regarding open issues and progress.
- Successfully execute assigned programs and work orders, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction parameters.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Document and communicate work performed in the field efficiently.
- Maintain flexibility in your schedule, including on-call availability.
- Travel within a specified radius to customer sites as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with expertise in carpentry, some plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, and flooring repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Related vocational education or certifications are preferred.
- Proficient computer and mobile phone skills (iOS and Android).
- Intermediate proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
- Proven mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to accept direction, work as part of a team or independently, and complete assigned tasks.
- Must provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and apply up to 200 pounds of torque.
- Capable of working in various physical positions (bending, stooping, standing, sitting, lying down).
- Willingness to travel within the specified radius as needed.
- Daily travel to customer locations is required.
Tools Required:
- Battery-powered tools (Drill/Driver, Impact Driver, Circular Saw, Oscillating Saw, Saws-All/Reciprocating Saw, Sander, Brad Nailer).
- Socket/Ratchet set, Crescent wrenches, Channel Lock, Lineman Pliers, Needle Nose, Pipe Wrenches, Multimeter, Non-contact Voltage Tester, Receptacle Tester.
- Hammers (Claw/2-3lb Mini Sledge), Tape Measure, Levels, Speed Square, Drywall Tools, Angle Grinder, Hammer Drill.
