You will serve as a FACILITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing initial diagnosis of problems within the facilities; 2) Developing the Maintenance Action Plans (MAPs), Maintenance Execution Plans (MEPs), and Long-Range Maintenance Plans (LRMPs) for assigned facilities; 3) Meeting with Supported Tenants' Points of Contact (POC) on a periodic basis to review work efforts and requirements; 4) Using automated maintenance management programs such as MAXIMO.
