Facility Nurse Rn

Provide patient care, assessment and treatment as ordered for residents in a psychiatric residential treatment facility for youths.Responds to the needs of the residents by administering medications, triaging and rendering first aid treatment as needed, assessing patient needs, preparing and maintaining records, charts and reports and providing support to the direct care staff.Adheres to all federal, state and accrediting agency rules and regulations as well as Agency Policies and Procedures.
Must be available weekends and
12 hour Day Shift 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
12 hour Night shift 7: p.m. - 7 a.m.
Must have license in good standing with NCBON. All applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening, Healthcare Registry Check, DMV records check, and required State of NC Mandated training for PRTF environments.
