Facility Maintenance with a Mission!
ARcare, one of the fastest-growing healthcare providers in the central United States, is currently accepting applications for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service our family of buildings, clinics, and pharmacies in the Arkansas service area. This position will be responsible for effectively and efficiently performing interior and exterior maintenance on all facilities to ensure that they are fully operational, safe, well-presented, and properly maintained. This position will perform regular preventative maintenance of all facilities and will be required to comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Travel is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to prevent downtime, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall reliability of our operations.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Update and maintain the maintenance ticketing platform for assigned region. Update photos and maintain a log of work for each ticket. Will assist with the 340B external and internal audits.
- Complete all ticketed maintenance items in a professional and timely manner. Communicate progress with supervisors and facility contacts. Attend meetings and in-services of the Center as needed.
- Maintain utility logs for each facility for monthly and annual checks.
- Complete all ticketed maintenance items in a professional and timely manner. Communicate progress with supervisors and facility contacts. Performs all job duties in compliance with ARcare Safety and Infection Control policies.
- Special Cleaning of facilities as needed (Carpets, floors, flowerbeds, exterior of building) Other duties as assigned.
- Attend continuing education and in-service meetings.
- Follow all JCAHO, OSHA, and other governing body guidelines for the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Experience: 2+ years experience in General Maintenance preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel; and customized software. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies as the organization changes.

Must be a self-started, highly organized, and able to work well with staff at all levels in the organization, and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent speaking and oral communication skills.
