```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and logic controllers.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Replacing lightbulbs and other electrical work
- Plumbing (sinks, toilets, etc)
- Minor HVAC repair and maintenance
- Performs electrical maintenance and repairs to equipment
- Performs center-wide basic repair in custodial, roads, and grounds
- Operates and maintains a variety of maintenance-associated power tools
- Collects and disposes of all litter, trash, and debris on grounds, streets and parking lots
- Assists other maintenance staff with necessary maintenance and repairs of Center buildings
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to associated equipment
- Performs limited repairs of buildings and associated equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure
- Workday is fast-paced, some evening and weekend work may be required
- 4 years of light industrial maintenance experience and one (1) year of demonstrated experience working with vendors and contracts
- 4 years experience in the repair and maintenance of material handling equipment, conveyors, forklifts, sweepers/scrubbers, auto storage and retrieval system
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Troubleshoots voltages from power source to control level
- Performs repairs and maintenance on all recordable equipment, including centrifuge units, shaker units, and individual pumps (i.e., centrifugal, trash)

- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Experience with electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with logic controllers.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with staff and external vendors.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
