How your experience lines up with the opportunity…

·      You are used to spearheading construction and special projects from start to finish.

·      You are a people-first manager who handles team members fairly, equitably, and responsibly, ensuring the bar is set high and members are accountable.

·      You are used to providing detailed oversight of project team members, including scheduling, policy enforcement, training, and communication among and between all three shifts.

·      You are expert and experienced at managing and directing trades and contractors to obtain maximum results and performance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint, roofing, wallpaper, HVAC, flooring, tile, and paving.

·      You’re a hospitality type of one-team-one-goal team player -- able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events, as needed.

·      You are open to working in a smoking environment.

·      You can obtain, maintain, and retain a valid gaming license.

·       You have completed a bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant major.

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish) | Experience and familiarity with CAD.
