Our client’s corporate office is based in Madison, WI and we are looking to complete their team of 4 maintenance technicians. If you have a background in commercial building maintenance, please continue reading for further information!

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on building components including but not limited to doors, door hardware, drywall, wall framing systems, suspended ceilings, entry systems, and floor covering systems
- Replace and/or realign pumps in the mechanical system
- Repair plumbing leaks, unclog drains, and maintain faucets, commode valves, and sinks
- Coordinate building service subcontractors and assist contractors and vendors with access, informing the Supervisor of problems as they develop
- Use a building automation system for monitoring and controlling building systems and adjust set points and flows in the controls system (as required)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and some technical training in one O and M area
- At least 1 year of experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, building equipment, and systems
- Proficiency in at least one of the following critical O and M areas: electrical, HVAC, building controls systems, plumbing systems, small engines/mechanics, carpentry, welding, and locksmithing
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, specifications, schematics, and manuals
