Summary:
Performs basic activities related to maintenance, renovation and upkeep of building and grounds. Ensure timely completion of assigned work/projects.
Qualifications:
- Trade Certifications preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- experience in facility management, maintenance, renovation
- Performs routine maintenance and repair required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
- Monitors building and equipment renovations, remodeling or replacement projects done by contractors.
- Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
- Utilizes technology for communication and updates for project status.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
