Job Summary:To assist in coordination and organization of maintenance for all Napa Valley Winery Production Sites, Bottling Maintenance and Fleet teams. Responsible for providing general office support including maintaining proper programs and systems to keep the Maintenance departments in compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations as they apply to operations and maintenance of TFE facilities.

- Assist Maintenance Supervisor II with operations budget forecasting and budget tracking.
- General office support to include: Filing, copying, professional correspondence, memos, etc.
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor II to maintain records and inventory of equipment.
- Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure it consistently meets the company’s and customers needs.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with performance metric scorecard data collection and publication. Establish and run reports using CMMS in support of departmental goals and objectives.
- Work with supervisors to closeout all work orders ensuring all costs (parts) are collected and placed with each work order accordingly. Contribute to process improvement efforts relating to work order management and administration.
- Perform procurement functions in SAP for the departments such as creating purchase requisitions, goods receipts, order status look up.
- Maintain and interface with vendors/businesses on equipment and facility warranty issues.
- Ensure the Maintenance Department is following the CHP B.I.T. program and other compliance programs as needed.
- Manages all DMV issues and insurance I.D. cards for TFE fleet both owned and leased vehicles.
- Ensure all Maintenance Department Purchase Card accounts are reconciled each month according to the timing required by the Accounting Department.
- Record keeping of the daily vehicle inspection forms for: Lift trucks, golf carts, utility carts, maintenance vehicles, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.
- Compliance and Certification of all NV Overhead Cranes, Aerial Lifts.
- Support departmental supervisors in administrative aspects of their activities, such as maintaining safety training records and documenting tail-gate trainings.
- Coordinate the documentation and communication of the manual data collection performed by the Facilities and Bottling Maintenance teams for use by the Environmental Compliance Team.
- Responsible for understanding Quality Management Systems including our SQF initiative.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates Degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years maintenance / production / manufacturing experience.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and take direction.
- Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills in maintenance areas to include regulatory compliance.
- Ability to handle numerous projects in progress at one time.
- PC literate and able to understand and use spreadsheets in production applications.
- Office & Maintenance Shop work environment
- Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities
- Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
- Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
- Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts
- Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds
Salary Range: $24.05 - $36.05
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
