We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Performs minor repairs on facilities or equipment - for example, plumbing, electrical, drywall, dismantling equipment, machines, or facilities to access and remove defective parts.
• Utilizing hand tools, power tools, hoists, and other equipment; providing prompt response to emergency calls; and documenting repair activities
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC Bridgeport, overhead hoists, forklifts and other equipment in the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to production.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• Other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
