Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate business requirements to architects and developers, assist in conducting feasibility assessments, and identify optimal approaches to technically achieve the business requirements
- Collaborate and coordinate complex projects across multiple 3rd party vendors
- Monitor results and hold key vendors accountable for meeting service levels for key functions
- Be the point person with external engineers and architects to confirm the team understands the vision and strategy; write detailed tickets including conditional logic, ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls
- Manage equipment and supply needs, including furniture, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.
- Fix minor issues in appliances or arrange for repairs when needed.
- Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
- Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
- Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners
- Act as a liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
- Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
- Monitor the interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
- Perform routine maintenance on Facilities and make repairs as needed
- Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
- Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
- Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
