Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Custom Welder, with the ability to pass a weld test
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of metalworking tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Safety-conscious and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Clean driving record and willingness to operate a forklift and/or delivery trucks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Certification in welding or a related field
- Experience with custom fabrication projects in various industries
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and computer-aided design (CAD) software
