Job Title: Fabricator Assembler
Department: Pennsylvania Service Department
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
Reports To: EPS Manager
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE:
This employee will be responsible for the assembly and testing of packaged systems. The Mechanic will be expected to be able to build and test the packaged system units, including but not limited to: Assembling threaded pipe, welded pipe, torquing bolts, water testing and prepping pipe for painting. The successful candidate does not have to have experience in all the areas mentioned below but does have to have a strong mechanical aptitude, ability to learn, and a desire to produce a quality product. Willingness to learn painting/welding a plus!

- Possess superior communication and organizational skills

- Have the ability to resolve problems as they arise
- Possess High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- * Ability to read CAD drawing experience is a plus
- * Prior pump assembly experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of Responsibility:
- Assembling and testing packaged systems
- As needed assistance with assembly, DCI, and other shop tasks
