We are seeking a talented and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Eyelash Extension services to our clients. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to create stunning looks, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Apply individual Eyelash Extensions using various techniques
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for their Eyelash Extensions
- Promote and sell retail products related to Eyelash Extensions
- Manage social media accounts to showcase your work and attract new clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Eyelash Extension techniques and products
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in application
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in product demos and sales techniques
- Experience in social media management is a plus.
- Knowledge of other beauty services a plus
- Certification in Eyelash Extensions is preferred.
