SalaryCertus Healthcare Management is seeking a Marketing & Admissions Liaison in long term care to join our team!
Looking for this position to drive referrals and admissions to bolster census at Kent Healthcare & Rehabilitation! You will be responsible for creating new and maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community interactions.
This is an external position that will work flexible hours, including time on weekends and holidays. Starting Salary for this position is $65,000.00 a year, negotiable based on experience.
We offer full benefits starting after 30 days of employment, 401K with company match starting at 90 days, tuition and mileage reimbursement!
We are looking for someone with:
- Develop hospital relationships, physician relationships to expand our reach in the Kent and surrounding communities
- Develop community relationships with Kent, Stow, Tallmadage and other local communities
- The ability to develop a strong “Pipe-Line” to consistently have a steady flow of active Patient Referrals
- Experience in Marketing in long term care as well as the ability to develop new business leads and referral sources
- Experience in generating quality census mix for the community
- You should have the ability to understand how to and be able to provide a high level of customer service to patients/residents/families/referral sources to ensure an efficient referral process.
This position is ideal for someone with prior marketing/business development and admissions experience in long term care. A strong proven track record of increasing census while communicating a vision to potential customers. We are looking for this person to assist in converting hospital or community referrals into short term or long term stays within our community and overall assist creating a positive environment with the interdisciplinary team, in the community.
