Express Wash Associate

Kings Car Wash Express is looking for employees!

Kings is seeking to hire associates to ensure superior service to our customers. Associates will be responsible for loading/prepping vehicles according to wash package, providing assistance to customers at pay stations, cleaning and restocking lot with towels/cleaning supplies, and thoroughly cleaning property at the end of the day. Training will be provided for all of the above.

likes working in an outdoor environment year round and is available to work 35-40 hours a week including some weekends.

We will provide training as needed. The main requirement is being someone that wants to learn, take up more responsibility, and move up in their daily role.

Job responsibilities include:-

-Load, prep, and send cars in accordance to service purchased.

-Ensure Positive customer experience and promote best in class service.

-Maintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance at each location.

-Come to work in proper uniform and ready to work

-Follows processes and procedures set forth by management.

-Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

-Promote sales of monthly unlimited plans and any specials we offer.

Qualifications and Skills-

High school education or equivalent; some college preferred -

Knowledge of the car wash business preferred but not required -

Previous management experience -

Mechanical aptitude -

Proven leadership skills -

Strong communication skills -

Must have reliable transportation -

Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs

Must be able to work some weekends

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00

Commision offered for sales of unlimited plans: Best selling associates can expect an additionally $200-$400 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Car wash: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Swansboro, NC 28584: Relocate before starting work (Required)
