Express Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their automotive needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information about Express services, pricing, and estimated completion times
- Schedule appointments and manage the Express service workflow to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with Express technicians to identify vehicle maintenance and recommend appropriate maintenance services
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers for approval
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information

Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Knowledge of auto tire service, oil changes, and other automotive services is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell additional services or products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain automotive information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,180.94 - $45,981.34 per year
