Our company is continuously growing and aggressively looking to hire a seasoned Water/FireLead Technician (1 + years' experience) to join our team! Our Restoration/Mitigation Lead Technicians are on the front lines of restoring their communities by being first on site after disasters strike (i.e., sudden floods, fires, mold remediation) and will be a part of a team that leads to the mitigation effort to restore the property.

  • Experience in Water/Fire Mitigation and Mold Remediation is a must (1+ years)
  • Requirement of WRT Certification
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license (3+ years of driving experience)
  • Clean background check (from the age of 18)
  • Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as we are an emergency 24/7 Disaster Relief Company
  • MICA training is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Project Manager/Operations Manager
  • Performs Water/Fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
  • Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers.
  • May perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration job.
  • Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e., mitigating flood and fire, The technician is responsible for responding to water mitigation and/or emergency services jobs
  • Technicians work in the field providing service for customers in need of restoration services.
  • The technician is required to be on call 24/7, and overtime may be necessary, depending on work volume.
  • Complete water mitigation work with a servant's heart - customer service
  • Respond to incoming jobs via email and telephone - On Call Schedule 24/7
  • Site inspection of water loss with customer, utilizing moisture meters for moisture readings and laser measurer to sketch affected areas.
  • Create and monitor drying logs.
  • Conduct any necessary demolition of non-structural material.
  • Photograph all affected areas, drying equipment, work from beginning to completion, and moisture readings.
  • Utilize online software(MICA) to track jobs both internally and externally with insurance carriers, third party administrators, and any other applicable parties.

6- & 12-MONTH BONUSES - You will receive a $1000 bonus upon your 6-month anniversary and 12-month anniversary with the company
40 hours paid time off after 6 months employment. An additional 40 hours paid time off after 1 year. In 3-6 months, we will pay for certifications and continuing education opportunities!
