JOB SUMMARY:. The Tunnel Wash Technician is responsible for ensuring the effective operation and upkeep of all Company Tunnel Car Wash facilities. This position requires an individual with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, capable of diagnosing and rectifying issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction. This individual may also be asked to perform duties within C-store locations based on the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Resolves maintenance and services issues at Spinx Tunnel sites to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing the profitability of the company.
• Ensures each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service and assigned tickets are closed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serves as a knowledge expert in Tunnel Wash maintenance functions including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, high and low-pressure pumps, air compressors, RO systems, water softener systems, and electrical and hydraulic motor systems.
• Accurately maintain tools and inventory on a service vehicle
• Provides project support to cross-functional departments in various initiatives related to stores.
• Responds to additional ad hoc maintenance requests communicated from store personnel as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of local and state guidelines for facility services as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
