```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team to evaluate FAPE claims in California only.
```Responsibilities```
- Comprehensive review of psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning and compare with adequacy of FAPE/IEP plans
- Review IEP records, service logs, and progress reports
-Interview families for information of their educational experience.
- Provide comprehensive written reports of your findings with factual support.
- Understanding of the difference between procedural and substantive IEP violations.
-At least 5 years of experience in school psychology working as a School Psychologist
-Experience with Due Process proceedings.
-Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of school psychology.
-Very flexible working schedule as long as the work product is timely.
