School Psychologist

School Psychologists support students’ ability to learn and Teachers’ ability to teach. You will partner with students, families, Teachers, Principals and other staff to strengthen student connections between home and school.
The salary range for the 2024/25 school year is $47,477 - $65,408 (FY24 Salary Schedule) depending on applicable years of experience. This will be updated for the 2024-25 school year when the salary matrix is approved. There are stipends available for education levels at Bachelor’s + 24 credits, Master’s Degree, Doctorate Degree and National Board Certification.
New School Psychologists to LPOSD are paired with a Mentor School Psychologist during your first year of employment, assisting you in establishing yourself in the profession and the District. Psychologists coordinate services with students, families, Teachers, Principals, and other staff to support students in grades K-12.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, Idaho Pupil Service Staff Credential with endorsement for School Psychologist
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents/guardians and other stakeholders
