Experienced Residential Revit Drafter

Agape Construction, a residential remodel design-build company, is seeking a REVIT DESIGNER with hands on RESIDENTIAL REMODEL DRAFTING experience to work with licensed architects.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience using REVIT to draft RESIDENTIAL drawings/construction documents including:
  • As-builts
  • Bid Sets
  • Permit Sets
• Have experience using AutoCAD Lt or better
• Have knowledge of residential construction means and methods
• Be able to read and understand construction documents and details
• Be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, Outlook

Bonus experience- Big plus if you also have experience:

• Developing construction documents for Residential permitting
• Experience using Enscape 3D modeling program
• Obtaining permits from multiple local municipalities
• Presenting drawings to review boards for design approval

Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience
