Experienced Production Worker, Line Loader/Unloader

CURRENTLY HIRING (3 positions)

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum of 6 months experience required in manufacturing production.
• Work best in a team environment.
• Possess strength and coordination, including lifting parts up to and above 30 lbs to load production line. Ability to team lift heavier parts.
• The ability to work well with your hands.
• Be able to commit to work within a point system for attendance.

Preferred

• Able to carry out basic production line tasks of packing is a plus.
• Experience with Powder Coat and E- Coat is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently is a plus.

All positions need to become familiar with:

• - Quality Management System
• - SOPs
• - Quality Manual

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Load Positions:

• -Use specified spacing on racks for each product loaded
• - Use Correct Tooling i.e. trees, T-bars, hooks
• - Segregate damaged or rusty parts
• - Load all parts the same way, variation of light to heavy parts
• - Tag line for part tractability
• -Use specified racks and hangers
• - Load parts on hooks and hangers
• - Dispose of loaded hooks and hangers to large holding racks

Unload positions:

• - Get tables – wrap table tops to protect parts
• - Get correct packaging materials
• -Variation of light to heavy parts
• - Use correct containers and make sure they are cleaned out
• - Handle parts carefully to prevent damage
• - Inspect parts before packing out
• - Return hooks/hangers and racks to proper storage area
• - Band parts and/or containers
• - Stretch wrap parts
• - Lot control to prevent mixing of parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
