- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals in their homes.
- Engage in activities that promote socialization and independence.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
```Qualifications:```
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals of all ages.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Must be able to perform tasks such as meal preparation, childcare, medication administration, and light housekeeping.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility if needed.
