We are searching for a high end experienced retail Sales Associate to cater to high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service while selling premium products. Responsibilities include product knowledge, inventory management and maintaining store aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in luxury apparel sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of luxury brands and products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
