GG'S Waterfront is seeking an Experienced Line Cookto join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. A Line Cook at GG'S will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our Line Cooks work hand in hand with our Executive Chef and aim to provide quality in everything they do. It is important that our kitchen is run with professionalism and efficiency. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in an upscale waterfront setting. We are a high-volume restaurant that prides itself on taking care of people as if they were guests in our own home. This position is best suited for someone who truly believes in bringing their best to the table every day - Someone who is inspired to make a positive impression on the people they work with.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- We accept graduates from culinary trade academies.
- General knowledge of all positions including Pastas, Grill, and Sauté is Mandatory.
- The execution and the presentation of the plates is also a must.
- All candidates must possess strong motivational skills and require minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
