Salary - this is an hourly position

• Potential Quarterly bonuses
• Paid 4 hours at the time and half rate for emergency service calls.
• Paid 4 hours at the double time rate for emergency services calls on recognized holidays, in addition to 8 hours of holiday pay at the regular rate.
• All hours worked between 6 pm and 5 am, paid at the time and half rate for every day of the week.

About the Opportunity
Confires Fire Protection Service, LLC is currently seeking an Experienced Kitchen Fire Suppression Technician.
Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing pre-engineered restaurant Fire Suppression systems manufactured by ANSUL, Pyro Chem, Range Guard and Piranha.
• Thorough understanding of NFPA, manufacturer and local fire codes for restaurant Fire Suppression systems.
• Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting of Fire Suppression systems.
• Identifying NFPA code and non-conformance issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for all work performed.
• Perform fire marshal tests and inspections.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience inspecting restaurant Fire Suppression systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A current and valid driver's license with 3 or less points.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of all NFPA codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be customer oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs., work overhead, and work varied hours including on call.
• Must be able to work occasional nights, early morning and weekend shift when needed.
